Turnitin is a feature associated with the Assignments tool that allows you to check student work for similarity to other written work in Turnitin’s database. This includes but is not limited to web content, journals, periodicals, and students papers from both our own and other institutions. Turnitin can also be used to leave feedback and comments on student submissions, though we generally recommend you use the Annotations tool in D2L Brightspace for this purpose.
