The Quiz Printing function can assist you in creating a printer-friendly version of quizzes for students who may require accommodations for printed quizzes.

Looking to Print out multiple versions


How to use

1. Navigate to the Manage Quizzes page, click the drop down arrow for the menu next to the quiz and select Print

2. On the Print Quiz page you can select the following options:

  • Name field
  • Student ID field
  • Date field

If the quiz has Shuffle enabled, you'll see an option to create different versions to print out. More information about creating multiple versions can be found below.

There is also an option to print out an Answer key version for grading purposes.

3. If everything looks good you can Print the Quiz. 


Printing different versions of the quiz

The Quiz Print Tool does allow you to print out different version of the quiz. This section will go over how to create different versions. An important prerequisite step to enable printing of different versions is In the Quiz's Timing & Display option making sure that the Shuffle Quiz option is selected.

1. Navigate to the Manage Quizzes page, click the drop down arrow for the menu next to the quiz and select Edit

2.  On the right open up the Timing & Display options and Shuffle Quiz option is selected

3.  On the Print Quiz page you will now see the option Randomization in this section you will be able to put in the number of versions you desire. Increasing the Number of Versions generates different versions.

4. You can also click New Version to regenerate the selected version. You can preview the regenerated quiz version.

5. Once you are satisfied with the version you can select the Version and click Print
